The following agreement describes the entire terms
and conditions for participation in the persiansingles.com Affiliate Program.
The parties to this agreement are persiansingles.com
(“we” “us” “our”) and you the affiliate (“you” “yours”).
Enrollment in the Program
To begin the enrollment process, we require that
you complete an application to be submitted via our site. Your application will
be evaluated in good faith and you will be notified at the email address provided
on the application, of your acceptance or rejection.
Your site MUST comply with our Terms of Use and
will be rejected if it falls in the following categories of sites that:
- promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, sexual
orientation, or age;
- promote violence;
- promote sexually explicit materials;
- promote illegal activities;
- violate intellectual property rights;
- are unsuitable for the Program (in our sole discretion);
Should your site, after being accepted by us, become
involved with any of the above subjects, we will immediately
cancel your participation to our Affiliate Program.
Payment Options
We will pay you commissions on a monthly basis. Referral
fees are based on Paid Members (subscribed) within a monthly
period starting with the first day and ending with the last
day of said month.
There will be no commission paid for Registered Members only,
as registration is free.
Affiliates will be paid commission on the first two (2) subscriptions
for a paid membership. The first subscription being the first
time a member subscribes and the second subscription being
the first renewal after the first subscription as a paid member
has expired.
Example number 1:
Member “A” subscribes for one
(1) month at $17.95US, persiansingles.com will pay you a 40%
commission ($7.18US). At the end of his first month as a Paid
Member, member “A” renews his membership for three
months at $39.95US, Arabpersonals will pay you a 40% commission
($15.98US). No commission paid after.
Example number 2:
Member “B” subscribes for three
(3) months at $39.95US with auto-renewal; persiansingles.com
will pay you a 40% commission ($15.98US). At the start of
the fourth month, the auto-renewal rate is $12.95US; persiansingles.com
will pay you a 40% commission ($5.18US). No commission paid
after.
Payments to Affiliates will be made on the 15th of the following
month. There are no minimum requirements and no fixed quotas
to meet. However, persiansingles.com will issue checks equal
or greater than $25.00US. Any commission due to an Affiliate
that is lower than $25.00US, payment will be rolled over to
the next month until the minimum amount payable of $25.00US
is obtained.
Tracking of Paid Memberships Sales
persiansingles.com will be solely responsible for tracking Paid
Memberships Sales. Statements of Paid Membership Sales activity
will be provided to the Affiliate by persiansingles.com. Such
information will be available once the Affiliate logs in and
goes to Account Status. All information relating to the calculation
of the amounts paid to you, including but not limited to the
number of visitors and paying members, shall be considered
proprietary information of persiansingles.com, and shall be
held in strict confidence by you and will not, without the
prior written consent of persiansingles.com, be disclosed by
you to any other person, in any manner whatsoever, in whole
or in part, and will not be used by you directly or indirectly
for any purpose other than confirming the correctness of the
calculation referred to above.
At persiansingles.com, members can register for free and use
many features until they decide to subscribe to become Paid
Members.
Members MUST register prior to subscribe as Paid Members.
A member could be referred to persiansingles.com by Affiliate
“A”, register and be weeks before logging in.
Said member could use Affiliate “B” to come back
to persiansingles.com and register again, using a different
Username and Identity Name and decide to become a Paid Member.
The commission will be paid to Affiliate “B”.
Commission will always be paid to the Affiliate responsible
for the last registration of a member prior to subscribing.
Banners
Immediately after your approval into the Affiliate
program, you may download one or more Banners for posting on your web site.
Placement of the Banner on your Homepage or default Page will be at your own
discretion. persiansingles.com will make available to participants in the affiliate
program graphical image files promoting the persiansingles.com web site. You will
be solely responsible and liable for the development, operation and maintenance
of your site and for all materials that appear on your site. In addition, persiansingles.com
will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages (or any loss
of revenue, profits or data) arising in connection with this Agreement.
Policy
Every customer who becomes a Paid Member on persiansingles.com
is deemed to be a persiansingles.com customer. As such, we may change our policies
and operating procedures at any time with or without consent of any Affiliate.
Procedures include but are not limited to pricing and site content. Your continued
link to your associate site at persiansingles.com will be considered as acceptance
of these changes. If at any time you disagree with our Agreement, your only
recourse is to end your participation in the Affiliate Program.
Non-exclusive rights
persiansingles.com grants you a non-exclusive right
to a) establish a hypertext link to the persiansingles.com web site, and b) use,
in connection with establishing that link, each Banner (including all copyrighted,
trade or service marked or other protected intellectual property contained therein)
for the purposes described in this Agreement, provided that you will not add,
subtract or in any way alter or edit any Banner, nor will you make any use whatsoever
of any Banner or any other element of persiansingles.com’s intellectual property
(including but not limited to persiansingles.com’s name, whether used in a URL,
a metatag, a hyperlink or otherwise) other than for the purposes of this Agreement.
By accepting membership in the Affiliate Program, you agree specifically to
refrain from originating, authorizing, or participating in any promotions, whether
by email, telephone or otherwise of persiansingles.com (including but not limited
to “spamming”) unless such promotions have been specifically approved in writing
by persiansingles.com.
Authority
Nothing in this Agreement will serve to grant you
any authority to act on behalf of persiansingles.com. You will remain independent
of us at all times. You are an independent contractor and nothing in this Agreement
is intended to or will create any form of partnership, joint venture, agency,
franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between us.
Technical
All reasonable efforts are made not to have any
interruptions to persiansingles.com. However, such incidents do happen. Therefore,
you agree not to hold us liable for any consequences as a result of such interruptions.
Disclaimer
We make no warranties, representations or conditions
with regard to the Affiliate program, whether express or implied, arising by
law or otherwise, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement or any implied warranty
arising out of course of performance, course of dealing or usage of trade.
